Doge to $10? Maybe, just maybe...

Check out this site to understand how it could happen:  https://provscons.com/will-dogecoin-ever-reach-1/ Little bit of moon with my Doge:

Falling Wedge...

Image
Anyone else see the falling wedge? Big breakout upwards, maybe? Might consider buying in under .2895, if possible.

Patience young one...

This is a lesson as much for me as anyone, and proof of the psychological issue with investing. I had originally lined up a trade at .2804 to execute trade #5. Seeing the coin come down into the .3 range, I panicked thinking I’d “miss out” on the next leg of my plan. So the result? I’m in at .3059 not the last high-low of .2795. Had I stuck to my guns, I’d be in at .2804 and looking for .3085 to exit this leg. Instead I’m IN at .3059 and now need to see .3365 as my exit number for a mere 10%. Could’ve been 20% +. Lesson learned? No.

Head and Shoulders and Robin(me)hood...

Image
Looks like a classic head and shoulders is forming. A sign of teens and below, my friends? Or a major breakout. Gotta love how Robin(me)hood won’t guarantee trades several times throughout the day. Make me believe the conspiracy that they’re one of the Doge whales and this is all a ruse, but I’ll fall for it. Ask Mikey! He’ll eat anything! Life Cereal commercial reference for the youngins. No trades, account down $13 and 20% from my all-time high, which of course was another trade...so who’s counting? Lol

Goodnight, Irene. The Fed shocks the markets...

OK, bringing on a new high low of .2795. S’why I brought in the extra cash. May consider splitting it to buy in at .25 and .15. Pullback or abandonment. We shall see in the weeks or months ahead. Bad news from the Fed today about raising interest rates has the speculators finally realizing the nature of their game. Does this go back to pennies or lower? Hmmm 🤔 interesting thought. Can I profit on the way down and buy in at sub-zero? Or should I just light the cash on fire? I’ll let you decide... Going to switch gears and start adding in Investment concepts and trading ideas that I use. Primarily Options (Selling Covered Calls and Cash Secured Puts), Limit Orders, Momentum trades, Index Funds and ETFs that I consider, 401(k)/IRA ideas, and other basic concepts of money management that has helped take my portfolio from nothing to what it is today. Or at least to a point that I can play around with Doge without worrying about losing this little bit of money. Stay tuned!

OK...let’s strangle

Image
Could be throwing good money after bad, but with a nice dip...let’s add $100 to the account and take advantage of any further dips below .25. Cash on hand is always a strong addition. Strangle the moves, I’m in at .30, .3059, and .52. Hold for sub .25 and Sell at .3365. Account Balance: About $323 and falling this AM Executed: 1 coin purchase for .30 Pending: Sell 688 coins at .3365 (10%) Hodl: 60 coins for sale above .52 (.572) Total Doge: 768 coins Analysis: So far a losing proposition, let’s Doge!

No one believes in the beginning...

I know no one believes this can happen. Imma prove them wrong (or right). That’s the point. Doesn’t matter, does it? But damn if the works...I owe a buddy a set of clubs.

In the beginning...much want

So, I’ve started this blog to document my journey towards $1-million-dollars trading Doge coin. March 2021, I started this journey with $50, and I plan to try to get into and out of Doge enough times to hit that coveted $1MM mark. Maybe even beyond! Stick with me, and see where this goes...it’s gonna be good.  Who am I?  My name is Steve Pietra, and I’m just a regular dude trying to figure out how to make my way through this crazy life, much like the rest of world.  My Doge journey: I had started a larger position in Doge in January, before it really broke out, with a purchase of about 1,200 coins at $.04. Man, I’d take that position back. I sold it all right before the couple pops in value up to $.75, and I still regret not holding onto those 1,200 coins. Meh, such is life. Let’s move on! That brief history aside, I’ve been slowly building my position back up, and I figured; heck, why not document the ups and downs from here to millionaire status (or bust)? My tradi...
